1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BidLizard and related services provided by Free Your Team AI LLC ("Company," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

BidLizard is a subscription service that monitors government and commercial bid sources and delivers matching contract opportunities to subscribers via email digests (daily and weekly) and the BidLizard dashboard. We aggregate publicly available bid information to help businesses discover relevant opportunities. The service also provides market intelligence features such as bid activity indicators, award tracking, and competitive landscape data derived from aggregated, anonymized usage across the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use BidLizard, you must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your name, business name, and email address. You agree to keep this information current and accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

BidLizard is organized around team workspaces ("Organizations"). When you create an Organization, you become its administrator ("Admin"). Each person who accesses BidLizard must have their own individual account. Sharing login credentials is prohibited; team access is granted exclusively through our invitation system.

4. Free Trial, Plans, and Cancellation

BidLizard offers two paid plans: Solo at $99/month for a single user, and Team at $299/month for organizations with up to 25 users (which adds the shared bid board). Both plans include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Before the trial converts, we will email the Organization's billing contact a reminder so the upcoming charge is not a surprise.

The 14-day free trial is offered once per Organization, regardless of which plan was selected. If your Organization later cancels and chooses to reactivate, the new subscription begins immediately at the then-current price for the selected plan — no second free trial is provided.

After the 14-day trial, you will be charged the monthly rate for your selected plan ($99/month for Solo or $299/month for Team) on a recurring basis. Payment is processed through Stripe. By starting the trial, you authorize us to charge your payment method beginning at the end of the trial period and on a recurring monthly basis thereafter, unless you cancel. The Organization Admin manages billing and may provide a billing email address separate from their personal email. You can manage your subscription at any time from your dashboard, and may switch between Solo and Team subject to the seat limits described in Section 6. Organizations that need more than 25 members may contact us about Enterprise pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us via email. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

5. Email Communications

By using BidLizard, you agree to receive the following types of email communications:

  • Bid digest emails. Daily or weekly emails containing bid opportunities matching your preferences.
  • Service and account emails. Notifications related to your account, billing (including trial-ending reminders before your first charge), team invitations, and board activity reminders.
  • Product and market emails. Periodic emails about market activity in your area, monthly value summaries, usage milestones, and feature updates. These are sent based on your activity and subscription status, with a built-in frequency limit of no more than two per week, excluding digests.

You can manage your email preferences or unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time from your dashboard or by using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

6. Accounts, Plans, and Responsibilities

Organizations have two roles: Admin and Member. Admins can invite and remove members, change member roles, manage bid preferences, and handle billing. Members have read access to shared bid data and (on the Team plan) can update bid board statuses. The Solo plan supports a single user — invitations are not available on Solo. The Team plan supports up to 25 members per Organization (counting both accepted members and pending invitations) and includes the shared bid board; Organizations needing more seats may contact us about Enterprise pricing. Switching from Team to Solo requires that the Organization is back to a single user (all other members and pending invites removed).

Shared data. All members of an Organization share the same bid preferences, matched bid opportunities, and bid board. When any member updates a bid's board status, that change and the member's identity are visible to all other members in the Organization through an activity log.

Admin responsibilities. The Admin who creates an Organization is responsible for ensuring that all invited members comply with these Terms. The Admin is also responsible for managing access and removing members who should no longer have access.

Invitations. Team members are added via email invitation. By sending an invitation, you represent that you have the right to share the invitee's email address with us for the purpose of delivering the invitation. Invitations expire after 7 days.

Removal and deletion. An Admin may remove any member at any time, which immediately revokes that member's access to the Organization's shared data. Members may also leave an Organization voluntarily. If an Admin deletes the Organization, all member access is revoked immediately. Activity history (such as board status changes) attributed to a removed member is retained within the Organization's records.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the bid data or content delivered through our service
  • Use automated systems, scripts, or bots to scrape, extract, or collect data from our emails or service
  • Share your account credentials with third parties (use the invitation system to grant team access instead)
  • Invite individuals to your Organization without their knowledge or consent
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We aggregate publicly available bid information from various sources. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any bid data or information provided through our service. You acknowledge that bid opportunities may be missed, delayed, or contain errors, and you should independently verify all information before taking action.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FREE YOUR TEAM AI LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to, termination for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

If your Organization is terminated, all members lose access immediately. The Admin may delete the Organization at any time from the dashboard, which revokes all member access and cancels the associated subscription.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

13. Contact
